Do I drop my pet off and come back, or should I stay and wait?

This is up to you! Most appointments take around 1-2 hours. If you have nowhere to go, or have a long ride home, you are more than welcome to wait in your vehicle in our driveway. As comfy as our lobby area is, it is very stressful for your pup to know that you are in the other room waiting for them, so we do ask that you at least exit the building. If you decide to leave and come back, please be sure to return at the set time, or have your cell phone available to ensure you receive our 30 minute heads up text.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We totally understand that life happens. However, being a small business who relies on its clients to show up in order to keep the doors open, we ask that you please give us a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us adequate time to hopefully fill your pups spot. In the event that you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, a 50% appointment fee may apply. You will receive multiple text messages several days prior to your appointment in order to allow ample time for you to plan ahead or cancel if needed. Out of courtesy, we ask that you please respond with a "Y" or an "N" to let us know if you will be here or not. Failure to respond to multiple confirmation texts may result in automatic cancellation.
Is there a potty area for the dogs?
Please make sure your pup uses the bathroom prior to drop off to hopefully avoid accidents in the building. There is a small area along the tree line in the driveway that can be used to walk your dogs. Please be courteous of our home and our neighbor's property and limit your walks to this area only. All dogs MUST be on leash when not in the building for safety reasons. Because our services typically take 1-2 hours, we do not offer potty breaks unless there are special circumstances (house breaking puppy, senior dog, medical issue, etc.) It is the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure their pup isn't uncomfortable and needing to use the bathroom during their appointment. Please clean up after your dog (if you need poop bags, please do not hesitate to ask) and avoid allowing them to urinate on the porch area, flowers, etc.
